And I used to be overweight with a tendency to jump between fad diet after fad diet, because I just didn't understand how health and fitness worked.
It took me years of starving myself, losing weight, and putting it back on, before I understood that it's all about living a lifestyle of health and fitness. It's about enjoying the process, not being obsessed by the outcome. Once my perspective shifted, losing weight and living a fit and healthy life became simple and enjoyable.
When I made this realisation, I didn't have the life pressures that you have. I wasn't a busy parent with a full time job like you. I had all the time in the world to find what worked and what didn't.
I then realised that people like you don't have all the time in the world to figure it out on your own. So, in February 2017, Body Velocity Boot Camp was born to introduce our community to a simple, enjoyable lifestyle of health and fitness results.
